Service Description

Interior demolition is the process of selectively removing non-structural elements inside a building while leaving the main structural system intact. It typically includes the dismantling and removal of interior walls and partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, doors, millwork, fixtures, casework, and mechanical, electrical, or plumbing components as required. The work is performed in a controlled manner to protect existing structural elements, adjacent finishes to remain, and building systems that will stay in service. Interior demolition often precedes renovation or tenant improvement projects and includes debris removal, site cleanup, and proper disposal or recycling of materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
